This week’s guest is Tamara Knott. She is a fifth generation Victorian and has lived in Cordova Bay for the last 20 years. In the first part of this video Tamara tells us all about her neighbourhood, including where to shop, restaurants, nearby schools, local farms and fun things to do! In the second half of the video Tamera talks about her business, Bright Greens. She is a year round hydroponic farmer. She provides local consumers and restaurants with premium quality, pesticide free leafy greens, culinary herbs, edible blossoms and microgreens that are nourishing, delicious and food safe.
